Home Made Ice Cream

Fruit Salad Ice Cream

Tesco Orchard project gave me an opportunity to try Tesco frozen fruit on discounted price. I love fruit because I have sweet tooth and health conscious lifestyle, but I did not used lots of frozen fruit before.

I checked lots of recipes to find the perfect one for frozen fruit. And, Yes, I was successful! I have found the Berry Good Frozen Yogurt recipe in BBC Good Food Magazine. This project changed my ice cream eating habit. This ice cream, or frozen yogurt is delicious and healthy. Simple the perfect sweet treat what I can imagine.

Ingredients:

-350g frozen fruits (I tried Tesco Mixed Fruits and Tesco Fruit Salad)

-125g Greek yogurt

-2-3 table spoon of honey

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and whizz until totally smooth. So simple! Eat immediately or put in the freezer in plastic container.

Pasta bake with a twist - hide your veggies

Tesco Orchard project gave me an opportunity to try the Beautifully Balanced Frozen Food range from Tesco on discounted price. This means lots of veggies in my meals.

I have to confess I do not like veggies. But I know they are extremely important in healthy cooking and eating. My strategy is: hide the veggies. Add some spinach and Tesco Chunky Tomato Pasta Sauce to your pasta bake. Greens and chunks would be invisible and the result would be as tasty or maybe tastier as before. I am a cheater but it is good for my body.

Ingredients for 8 portions:

-3 small jars of pasta sauces (Dolmio, Barilla)

-400g Fusilli (200 – 200 in each bowl)

-750g ground meat (I use pork)

-1 bag Tesco Beautifully Balanced Chunky Tomato Pasta Sauce

-handful of spinach

 Preparation:

-Brown ground meat

-Add 3 bottles of sauces and 30ml extra water (very important for cooking the pasta)

-Cook together, do not need to boil

-Put 200g pasta, cut spinach, half of the Chunky Tomato Pasta Sauce in each bowl

 -Pour in the cooked sauce

-Cover with Bacofoil

-Cook in the oven for 45 minutes on gas mark 180

I took part in trnd project where I tested the best shower head ever, Hansgrohe Raindance Select E 120 for free.

First I hesitated to apply for this project but now I am more than happy with my new shower head. I thought shower heads are unimportant. Now I know how relaxing can be a shower with a suitable shower head. Good shower gives you energy and relieve you mentally. Everybody who does exercises must try the Whirl Mode on Hansgrohe Raindance Select E 120.

It has effortlessly easy technology. It has handy select button to switch between spray modes.

Rain: The Rain mode has all the power you need to ensure an effective shower experience with perfect pressure. Ideal for rinsing shampoo out of your hair, think of it as a heavy autumnal downpour with added panache.
