Andrex, My Favourite Puppy

 

After a successful kitty campaign I have got selected for a puppy campaign by The Insiders. Not a real but an Andrex Puppy!

Andrex Gentle Clean toilet paper is our family favourite. It is very soft but does not get ripped or torn easily. It is definitely for the whole family. Plus point that Andrex Gentle Clean is fragrance free so it does not irritate the skin. We also love the lovely puppy design – so cute.

The Insiders product discovery site sent me the best dry cat food ever: PurinaProPlan LiveClear.

First I was sceptical. It was hard to imagine that a non-medicated cat food can change my whole life with my cat. Purina ProPlan LiveClear is the first cat allergen reducing cat food. The allergens are in cat’s saliva and not in cat hair. LiveClear contains a specific protein which neutralises these nasty allergens. This is the quick science behind this fantastic dry cat food. And my experience shows that it works in real life too. I do not sneeze, or do not have itchy eyes anymore when my cat sleeps in my bed. I can even kiss her and she loves it too. Batiste Hint of Colour

 

Ladies and gentlemen I have to reveal I hate washing my hair. However I do it more or less every second day, but I like to cheat. I have found my best pal in sin, Batiste dry shampoo Hint of Colour.

I have been using Batiste for a long time but Hint of Colour was totally new for me. But this is one of the best and most helpful things I discovered this year. A huge thanks to The Insiders panel for sending me all the three colours to try: Brunettes; Blondes and Dark Hair. Really handy because I love to change my hair colour quite often and with my help my friends and family had the chance to fell in love with Batiste Dry Shampoo & A Hint of Colour.

Batiste Hint of Colour refreshes my hair instantly and even helps me to hide my greys and regrowth roots. It does not leave a white residue on my hair however its dark colour does not stain my clothes or make mess in my bathroom. It is a win-win situation.

Every morning when I do not have enough time to wash my hair, I just spray on some Batiste Dark Colour and I am ready to go. It refreshes the roots and gives nice fresh scent. I had been lucky and was selected to take part in The Insiders test panel PurinaPro Plan Optisenses cat food campaign. I was very excited to introduce the new dry cat food to my tabby cat, Muzu. Luckily she had accepted the challenge and tasted her new cat food. Anyway she is very choosy and started to refuse dry cat food in the last few months. I try to persuade her with some tricks (and treats) to eat more dry food to keep her teeth healthy.

Thanks to Purina Optisenses my cat started to eat dry food again. She have find her new dry food as tempting that she is happy to eat it even instead of treats. If she refuses to eat her usual wet food I just sprinkle some Optisenses on the top and the food immediately becomes delicious for her. This trick even helps me to save money – no more cat food waste.

Purina Optisenses is the right dry cat food for us. I love even the bag, because it has an extra holder on the side so it is easier and more punctual to pour. I do not end up with dry cat food everywhere. One more plus point for the resealable grip, which keeps dry food completely fresh and full of aroma. My cat refuses to eat old cat food without tempting aroma.

Surprisingly Optisenses contains quite small biscuits – I rather call it “cat rice”. Honestly, at first I was a little bit worried that my fussy eater cat would not chew them properly and she will end up with upset tummy. Perrier & Juice

My latest The Insiders campaign have been a pure pleasure. I have got 24 cans of Perrier & Juice. It did not lasted long, because these soft drinks are delicious and irresistible.

Perrier is fantastic mineral water so I was really excited to try Perrier & Juice. 

Pineapple & Mango is my favourite flavour. This light juice drink has the perfect proportion of light bubbliness, fruity sweetness and sourness. I totally love it, pineapple is my favourite fruit. Perrier had chosen the best fruit pairs to squeeze into his lively cans.

Peach & Cherry contains merely juice from concentrate and mineral water. For me the most important is, there are not any artificial sweeteners in my drinks. I rather choose fruit sugar than sweetener. Healthy ingredients are very important for me. This flavour is really refreshing and even perfect ingredient for cocktails or mocktails.

Strawberry & Kiwi are the best fruit to pair. One is really sweet and another is sour. I love this flavour extravaganza diluted with mineral water. It really reminds me of summer. It contains only 50 calories, so guilt free enjoyment – of course, solely after my salad lunch. ;) 

Purina Beyond

Our cat is a picky gourmet. She is extremely choosy with her food but she is an enthusiastic about trying out new food. I am in never ending search for new and high quality cat food. Luckily she likes wet and dry cat food equally.

I was happy when I saw, that The Insiders online panel has a new cat food campaign. Purina – a very reliable pet food brand – launched a new dry cat food: Beyond. Luckily my cat, Muzu, was selected and I am sure she is one of the most experienced cats when it goes about cat food.

Muzu has loved Purina Beyond at first sniff. The smell of the cat food is really important. Unfortunately we, humans, cannot judge any cat food based on smell. Even very smelly could be very tasty and vice versa.

She has loved the taste as well. I was not surprised, because fish, especially salmon is one of Muzu’s favourite flavours. She loves also cat food with vegetables and Purina Beyond contains spinach. Double win! Whole barley, oat and rice are another healthy and important ingredients when it goes about daily energy levels. Natural and recognisable food is the healthiest choice for humans and animals too.

As I see she does not have any problem with chewing the pieces properly, so Purina Beyond dry cat food never causes unwanted vomiting. This fact is quite important by indoor cats. Good chewing even keeps her teeth healthy. And I do not want anything more than a healthy and happy cat.

Refreshment Revolution

Sometimes I find soft drinks too sweet and absolutely not refreshing. Not only sugary ones (I drink those before exercise to boost my energy – really helpful) but even with sweeteners. Often soft drink with sweeteners are even worse. I drink those and I still feel thirsty, with dry mouth. I always dreamt about a nice flavoured, fruity soft drink with almost no calories and without sugar or sweeteners. These criteria appear quite contrary, but with Perrier it is possible. The Insiders review panel sent me two cartons of Perrier natural sparkling water with natural flavours to try.

After reading the ingredients lists I was really surprised because Perrier soft drinks absolutely do not contain any sweeteners or sugar just a hint of natural green apple or lemon flavour. I cannot imagine healthier and more guilt free soft drinks. Boring, flavourless water become flavoured with no added nastiness– fantastic. Luckily, flavours are not overpowering, just a nice light fruity feeling in my mouth. I love it!

Refreshment is guaranteed with big bubbles - fortified with gas from the Spring.

I always have one 6 pack in my fridge, because Perrier flavoured drinks are the best during and after my exercises, running, cycling and even on long walks or on the go. Perrier always satisfies my sweet cravings. Green Apple is my favourite flavour.

Discover Your Dark Side

I discovered my dark side thanks to my latest The Insiders campaign. I have got two beautiful bottles of red wine. Apothic Red bottles have wonderful design. I am proud to have so beautiful bottles on my dinner table. I am sure I will give Apothic as a gift too.

Apothic is inspired by “Apotheca” a mysterious place where wine was blended and stored in 13th century Europe. Apothic Red is a Californian wine, but the "Father of Modern Winemaking in California" was a Hungarian nobleman, Agoston Haraszthy.

I am true red wine lover and Apothic Red has become my favourite wine because its key characteristic. Has a deep, complex, expertly layered flavour. Crafts the finest red blends. Rich Zinfandel, smooth Merlot, flavourful Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon creates layers of dark red fruit complemented by hints of vanilla and mocha. Apothic Red is a very nice fruity wine.

I love to drink Apothic Red after a perfect steak at weekends. But it even goes well with savoury snacks after a long and stressful weekday. Apothic is a real enjoyment.

Chestnut Swirls

I always try to encourage people to do more in the kitchen. If you control your food, than you can control your hunger. You can eat anything from controlled sources without worrying about your and even your kids weight. Cooking and baking is really easy, kids can do it too. If you are absolutely beginner I advise you to start with Betty Crocker cake mixes – perfect results are guaranteed.

I would show you today how can you transform a simple vanilla sponge into a extraordinary looking chestnut swirl.

-Start with the very easy chestnuts cream.

-Mix together 500g cooked and mashed chestnuts with 100g soft spread and 110g icing sugar.

-Refrigerate until it is totally cold. I usually wait 3 hours.

-Heat the oven to 180 Celsius.

-Mix the whole box of Betty Crocker Velvety Vanilla cake mix with 90ml vegetable oil and 3 medium eggs.

-Use a huge baking tray and cover with parchment paper. Spread the cake mixture evenly in thin layer (0.5cm).

-Bake your sponge in the centre of the oven for 10-15 minutes. Do not open the oven door to check on your masterpiece! When it has a nice, light golden colour it is ready.

-Wrap up the hot sponge using a clean tea towel. Let it cool completely in a shape of roll. This part is extremely important, because it is impossible to wrap up the cooled sponge – it cracks and breaks.

-Remove the parchment paper and fill your Betty Crocker Velvety Vanilla sponge with the cooled chestnut cream.

Here comes my story, why I have to take food supplements:
