Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 bananas
250g porridge oat
100g unflavoured
protein powder (I use MyProtein)
1 tablespoon cocoa
powder
1 teaspoon
instant coffee
1 teaspoon ground
cinnamon
Preparation:
Stir all the
ingredients together.
Heat the oven to 200C.
Do small scoops with a spoon
on the baking tray.
Bake around 10 minutes.
You can serve it with a
hot coffee.
