Really
quick, gluten and dairy free recipe. You can substitute the special dietary
ingredients with their usual alternatives. Changes in ingredients do not make
any change in the result; just mix everything together in right amount.

Ingredients:
-2
boxes of Schar Gluten Free Digestives (300g)
-100g
icing sugar
-2
tbs raw cocoa powder
-20g
desiccated coconut + some to make the coating
-60g cocnut spread – room temperature
-100ml
almond milk
-1
ts rum
Grind
all the digestives. Mix the dry ingredients together first then mix well with
liquid ingredients.
Form
little balls with your hands and fold them in desiccated coconut. Put in the
fridge to firm.
We were lucky enough to visit Royal Ascot for free. We booked early our free tickets for he first day of the Flat season. We watched the races at Queen Anne Enclosure.
Royal Ascot is a really unforgettable experience. The place is beautiful. The atmosphere is bubbly with lots of people. It is a great meeting place with extra excitement.
Ascot’s Free Raceday is an ideal event for novices and racing fans alike. We attended even a 45 minutes long guided tour, where we learned a lot about the place and history of the races.
We had a good opportunity to observe even beautiful cars courtesy of Royal Windsor Jaguar Festival. So lots of horsepower for one day.

We had very busy day on Sunday, 17th April. We were busy on holiday,
because there were so many places to visit and enjoy totally free.
We visited Union Canal Carriers in Braunston to enjoy a free short
trip on a skippered boat. The weather was nice and sunny so we had a fantastic
journey.
Surrounding is beautiful and the place is quite busy on Sunday. It is
the best place to have a walk.
Our next stop was near Nottingham – Ruddington in Framework Knitters Museum. We visited the museum free courtesy of BBC Radio Nottingham's "Big Day Out". They offered free entry to Nottinghamshire museums and heritage
attractions. I intended to visit three more places but Framework Knitters
Museum was so rich in attractions that we did not have time to more places.
As a proper completion of the day we had a little walk in Attenborough Nature Centre, Nottingham. We met lots of friendly birds – erm – friendly with
us but sometimes naughty with each other.
