Minced Meat Muffins








These savoury muffins make perfect snacks or main courses. You can eat them on its own or with salad, guacamole or even chips. The best thing they are carb and gluten free.



 


Ingredients:


400g minced meat (I use pork)

200g smoked extra mature cheddar

coconut oil spray

2 whole eggs

1 teaspoon ground paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

(If you like garlic, push 3-4 cloves of garlic in the mixture)







Preparation:


Grate the cheese and just combine all the ingredients well together.



Spray silicone muffin moulds with coconut oil spray. Shape balls with your hands and put them into muffin moulds. 



Bake in the oven on 180 degree for 45 minutes or until golden.
